Bureau Veritas: in discussions with SGS
(CercleFinance.com) - Following recent press comments, French testing, inspection and certification services group Bureau Veritas says it is in discussions with its Swiss competitor SGS regarding a potential merger.
There is no guarantee that these discussions will result in any transaction or agreement, Bureau Veritas says, however, which will make no further comment at this stage and will communicate as appropriate.
