Delta Airlines: Jefferies raises target price

(CercleFinance.com) - Jefferies confirms its 'buy' rating on Delta Airlines shares, while raising its target price for them from $76 to $85, in the wake of a 2025 EPS forecast raised by 8% to $7.
75, against management's target of over $7.35.

The 7%-9% revenue growth target posted for Q1 2025 far exceeded expectations for a mid-single-digit percentage, the broker points out after Friday's quarterly release.

The implied increase in unit revenue from 2.5% to 4% serves as the starting point for a lucrative year, filled with continued gains in premium and rebound in the main cabin, Jefferies continues.
