Kone: to equip the Peninsula Integrated Resort in Cambodia
(CercleFinance.com) - Kone Corporation announces that it has won a contract to supply People Flow solutions to the Peninsula Integrated Resort, a major real estate project in Sihanoukville, Cambodia, developed by Peninsula Bay Investment.
Scheduled for completion in 2026, the multifunctional complex will include a 2,870-room five-star hotel, offices, apartments, retail and entertainment spaces.
The contract includes 108 elevators, 20 commercial escalators and a KONE E-Link monitoring system. Installation and maintenance will be carried out by Octech Electric Company Limited, the exclusive local distributor.
