
Frey: E224m in asset disposals in 2024
(CercleFinance.com) - Frey announced on Tuesday that it completed asset disposals worth E224m last year, with the conclusion of an agreement with the family-owned Batipart group.
Following the various disposals totalling E55m concluded in H1, at end-December the property developer signed an agreement with the holding company Batipart Europe to sell a portfolio worth E169m as part of a long-term partnership.
Under the terms of the agreement, Frey will retain management of this portfolio of four open-air shopping centers located in Arles (Shopping Promenade Arles), Douai (Parc du Luc), Reims (Time Square) and Terville (Supergreen).
The collaboration will take the form of a joint venture owned 66.7% by Batipart Europe and 33.3% by Frey, which will be consolidated by the equity method in Frey's accounts.
