thyssenkrupp nucera: CEO's term extended five years

(CercleFinance.com) - thyssenkrupp nucera announced on Tuesday that its supervisory board had decided to extend the term of office of current CEO Werner Ponikwar for a further five years, until July 2030.


The German group, which specialises in the design of electrolyzers, also reports that it has appointed Stefan Hahn to the position of CFO, a post that the executive will take up on 1 March, replacing Arno Pfannschmidt, who has reached the age limit of 65.

Having informed the Board of his decision to leave the company for personal reasons, Fulvio Federico, Chief Technology Officer, thyssenkrupp nucera has also launched a search for his successor.

Following these announcements, the share price rose over 1% on Tuesday in Frankfurt, just edging the German stock market (+0.8%).
