Boeing: AerCap and TAAG reach agreement on a 787
(CercleFinance.com) - AerCap announced on Friday that it had signed a sale and leaseback agreement with TAAG Angola Airlines (TAAG) for a Boeing 787-9 aircraft.
The Irish group, which specialises in aircraft leasing, says the wide-body aircraft will enable the Angolan flag carrier to strengthen its long-haul routes to Africa, Europe and Asia.
The aircraft's delivery is scheduled for February 2025.
