
Airbus: share buybacks totaling E56m
(CercleFinance.com) - Before Christmas Airbus announced that it had acquired over 300,000 shares last week under the second tranche of its share buyback program, as launched last September, totaling over E56m.
In a financial notice, the aircraft manufacturer states that it bought 360,186 shares based on a unit price of E157.1826 during the five trading sessions of 16 to 20 December.
The share buyback program, approved by shareholders on 10 April, is intended to feed employee profit-sharing plans.
