Fortis: Board of Directors shakeup
(CercleFinance.com) - Fortis has announced changes to its Board of Directors.
The Board has accepted the resignation of Lisa Crutchfield as a director of the Company with effect from 31 December 2024. The group has appointed Gregory Knight to this position, effective from 1 January 2025.
Gregory Knight has extensive utility management experience, most recently as Executive Vice President, Customer Transformation and Business Services at CenterPoint Energy, and Customer Director at National Grid USA Service Company.
His extensive experience in our industry, particularly in customer-focused leadership roles, will further strengthen the quality of our leading board practices, Mark Zurel, Chairman of Fortis' Board of Directors said.
