ING: 1/3 of share buyback program completed
(CercleFinance.com) - ING reports that, as part of its E2bn share buyback program, a total of almost 5.
59 million shares were repurchased last week at an average price of E14.76, for a total consideration of almost E82.6m.
This brings the total number of shares bought back by the Dutch bank to date to almost 45.3 million, for a total consideration of around E677.8m, or 33.9% of the maximum total value of the program announced on 31 October.
