Abivax: resignation of former Chairman of the Board
(CercleFinance.com) - Abivax announces that Philippe Pouletty, representing Truffle Capital, has tendered his resignation as a director with effect from
31 December 2024, due to his recent appointment as interim CEO of another listed company.
Philippe Pouletty, who is also Managing Director of Truffle Capital, served as Chairman of Abivax's Board of Directors from its creation in December 2013 until August 2022, and has since continued to sit on the Board.
We will initiate a search to complete the composition of the Board of Directors by integrating a leading director candidate, in order to contribute to the advancement of the advanced project portfolio, says its Chair Sylvie Grégoire.
