Eiffage: urban development project won near Rennes
(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage Aménagement, a subsidiary of Eiffage, announced on Friday that, in collaboration with Groupe Launay, it had won an urban renewal project in the north of the Rennes conurbation.
The municipal council of Saint-Grégoire (Ille-et-Vilaine) awarded the concession for the multi-site ZAC (zone d'aménagement concertée) to the consortium, following a call for tenders issued in early 2023.
The project will include over 900 housing units (60% of which will be subsidized or affordable) and over 7,000 m2 of business, retail and service premises.
The project, which will be carried out through the creation of a single-operations semi-public company (SEMOP) with the town of Saint-Grégoire, is to be completed over a 12-year period.
