EssilorLuxottica: license agreement renewed with Prada
(CercleFinance.com) - EssilorLuxottica announced Thursday that it has renewed its licensing agreement with Italian luxury group Prada for a further ten years.
The current partnership, which was due to expire on 31 December 2025, has been extended until 31 December 2030, with a further renewal scheduled until 31 December 2035.
The licensing agreement between the optics specialist and the Milan-based company covers the design, production and worldwide distribution of eyewear under the Prada, Prada Linea Rossa and Miu Miu brands.
EssilorLuxottica points out that it has been working with the Prada group for over twenty years.
