Emeis: completes asset sales
(CercleFinance.com) - emeis announces several real estate and operating asset disposals completed in recent weeks.
It has signed a memorandum of understanding with Penta Healthcare for the sale of the group's portfolio in the Czech Republic and the sale of its activities in Chile. These two transactions represent a disposal value of E171m.
In addition, several other real estate disposals in Germany, Portugal, Spain, Benelux and Ireland have been completed or secured since the beginning of October 2024, totaling E80m.
These transactions, which have been completed or secured represent a total of E251m, bringing the volume of disposals completed since mid-2022 or under promise to date to almost E900m.
These figures are in line with the group's aim to reach a disposal volume of E1.5bn by end-2025. These disposals will enable emeis to further reduce its debt and strengthen its balance sheet structure.
