(CercleFinance.com) - Lagardère Travel Retail announces that it has won a major Duty Free tender at Amsterdam Schiphol airport.
The contract covers all Duty Free operations at Amsterdam Schiphol airport, Europe's fourth largest air hub.
Under the agreement, Lagardère Travel Retail will acquire 70% of the company that will operate these activities, with the remaindere (30%) to be held by Amsterdam Schiphol airport.
The partnership includes key Duty Free categories such as perfumes and cosmetics, wines and spirits, tobacco and confectionery.
Lagardère Travel Retail said that this partnership will consolidate Lagardère Travel Retail's position as a major Duty Free player in the European market.
