Havas: IPO on Euronext Amsterdam
(CercleFinance.com) - Havas announces the listing of its ordinary shares on the regulated market of Euronext in Amsterdam.
This step follows the completion of the spin-off from Vivendi and the distribution of Havas ordinary shares to Vivendi shareholders on a one-for-one basis, approved by Vivendi shareholders at the Combined General Meeting convened on 9 December 2024, marking the beginning of a new chapter for Havas as an independent, listed company.
