JCDecaux: cancels deal in Slovakia
(CercleFinance.com) - On 14 December 2023 JCDecaux announced that it had signed an agreement to merge its activities in Slovakia with Akzent Bigboard.
Akzent Bigboard is the outdoor advertising subsidiary of JOJ Media House Group, the leading media group in Slovakia.
The parties have now mutually agreed not to proceed with the transaction.
