ASMi: CFO reappointed for two years
(CercleFinance.com) - ASM International announces that its Supervisory Board intends to reappoint Paul Verhagen for a second term as member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer, a decision which will be put to the AGM on 12 May.
The Dutch semiconductor equipment supplier specifies, however, that this term of office will only be for two years, instead of the usual four, due to Paul Verhagen's wish to retire in 2027.
The Supervisory Board also plans to reappoint Pauline van der Meer Mohr as Chairman of the Board, and Adalio Sanchez and Stefanie Kahle-Galonske as Board members, at the AGM in 2025.
