Air France-KLM: strategic collaboration with Google Cloud
(CercleFinance.com) - Google Cloud announced on Wednesday that it has entered into a strategic collaboration with Air France-KLM, which it will help to leverage its data through the use of generative AI tools.
With this agreement, the Franco-Dutch group - which operates 551 aircraft and transports 93 million passengers a year - intends to improve customer satisfaction and experience, optimize its ground and in-flight operations and simplify the analysis of its data.
Google Cloud explains that the partnership should enable the company to 'unleash the power and value' of its data.
Air France-KLM - which has three data centers - plans in particular to use BigQuery, the AI-ready data analysis platform developed by Google Cloud.
