Beneteau: sells Bio Habitat
(CercleFinance.com) - On 30 November Beneteau confirmed that it had completed the sale of its Bio Habitat subsidiary to Trigano, including the O'Hara, IRM and Coco Sweet brands, as well as all its employees in France and Italy.
The transaction received the green light from the French competition authorities at the end of October. The acquired entity employs 900 people at seven production sites in France and Italy, and generated sales of E319.6m in 2023.
Trigano believes that this transaction, which will generate synergies in purchasing, logistics and manufacturing methods in particular, will enable it to consolidate its leadership in the leisure vehicle industry in Europe.
