Icade: Invest Securities still a buyer
(CercleFinance.com) - Invest Securities confirms its 'buy' recommendation on Icade shares, along with its TP of E32, the day after the real estate group raised its 2024 guidance thanks to an early dividend payment by Praemia Healthcare (ex-Icade Santé).
With Icade now anticipating a CFNC 2024 of between E3.78 and E3.93 per share (compared with E3.55-E3.70 previously), the broker has adjusted its own forecast to E3.85 per share, compared with E3.63 previously.
As this is an early payment, the outlook for cumulative cash flow over the medium term remains broadly unchanged. The impact on our target price is therefore negligible, the analyst says.
