Altarea: sells three logistics sites
(CercleFinance.com) - Altarea announces that it has finalised two disposals involving three logistics sites totalling almost 360,000m² (including 75,000m² to be built) for around E390m, the bulk of which will be booked in 2024.
The real estate group has sold the Bollène logistics park (Vaucluse) and the Oseraye logistics park in Puceul (Loire-Atlantique) to WDP, and has sold the Ecoparc Côtière logistics platform in La Boisse (Ain) to a fund managed by CBRE IM.
Altarea, which has been active in the logistics market for many years as a developer and investor, is reaping the rewards of its growth strategy and confirms its ambitions in this booming market, it states.
