Saint-Gobain: sells PAM Building
(CercleFinance.com) - Saint-Gobain announced on 29 November that it had sold PAM Building, the Saint-Gobain PAM subsidiary (pipe business) dedicated to the production of sanitary and rain drainage solutions for buildings.
PAM Building has two production plants in Bayard, Haute-Marne (France), and Telford (UK), employs 400 people and generated sales of around E110m in 2023.
This sale to the French institutional investment fund Aldebaran, with a minority stake from Banque Publique d'Investissement Bpifrance, is part of Saint-Gobain's ongoing strategy to optimise its profile.
