Icade: net current cash flow target raised for 2024
(CercleFinance.com) - Icade has raised its Group 2024 net current cash flow target, including the payùent of an interim dividend from Præmia Healthcare for the year, following a decision by the latter's Board of Directors.
The real estate and property development group will receive approximately E12.3mby the end of the year, in respect of this interim dividend and its residual stake in Præmia Healthcare.
As a result, its expected net current CF from discontinued operations for 2024 has been revised upwards to E1.03 per share (instead of E0.80), and Icade now anticipates an annual group NCCF at the upper end of the revised guidance of between E3.78 and E3.93 per share.
