Soitec: UBS cuts target price
(CercleFinance.com) - UBS reiterates its Buy recommendation on the stock, but lowers its price target to E146 (from E171).
This new target still represents a 72% upside potential for the stock.
New growth drivers could drive recovery and revaluation, UBS says.
Targets for FY 2025 have been confirmed: sales are expected to be flat LFL compared with 2023- 2024, with an EBITDA margin of around 35%.
However, capex for FY 2025 has been trimmed to E230m, compared with the E250m initially forecast.
