Alstom: contract renewed at Denver airport

(CercleFinance.com) - Alstom has announced the renewal of a seven-year contract with Denver International Airport to operate and maintain the Innovia automated people mover system.


The new contract will run from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2032. The contract, worth E218m, will secure the employment of 91 Alstom team members at Denver International Airport.

Alstom employees will maintain and operate the Denver airport's automated people mover system 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

These services include shuttle operations and dispatching. Alstom will maintain the vehicles and the 2 kilometres of loop track, the power supply and electrification, the station signs and landing doors, and the communication systems.

Alstom said that its expertise in the operation and maintenance of automated passenger transport systems enables it to offer frequent, safe and comfortable service to passengers worldwide.
