Bouygues: contract for luxury residence in Miami
(CercleFinance.com) - Bouygues Construction has announced that its Americaribe subsidiary has been chosen by American real estate developer Aimco to build the upscale 34th Street Edgewater residence, located on the waterfront in Miami's Edgewater district.
Led by a joint venture with Grycon, this 39-storey residential project will include 114 luxury apartments, as well as 7,000 m² of ground-floor retail space, and is aiming for Gold certification from the Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC).
Preparatory work began in July 2024, for delivery of the project in summer 2027. 200 employees will be mobilized at peak times. The contract is worth over $160m, including $114m for Americaribe.
