Peugeot Invest: new Chairman in May 2025
(CercleFinance.com) - Peugeot Invest announces that its Board of Directors has unanimously appointed Édouard Peugeot, already a member of the Board and of the Investment Committee since 2020, to succeed Robert Peugeot as Chairman of the Board.
This appointment will take effect at the close of the AGM on 20 May 2025. Édouard Peugeot will also assume the chairmanship of the company's Investment Committee.
Robert Peugeot will be granted the title of Honorary Chairman at the close of the 2025 AGM. He will retain his current mandates on the boards of certain Peugeot Invest subsidiaries and affiliates until 2026.
