Accor: training partnership with Handiwork
(CercleFinance.com) - To mark the 28ᵉ European Week for the Employment of People with Disabilities, Accor has announced a partnership with Handiwork, an organization that trains and supports people with disabilities in the workplace.
Over a ten-month period, participants, accompanied by a Handiwork trainer, will be introduced to the various hotel professions, as part of a learning process based on practice and total immersion in the Group's hotels.
At the end of this training, participants will receive a certificate, certifying the skills acquired, and will also have the opportunity to continue their career path within Accor.
A first group of seven hotels, including establishments located in Hauts-de-Seine, Toulouse and Le Havre, will be launched at the end of 2024 and will welcome 28 participants. In early 2025, the project will be launched in other cities such as Lyon and Bordeaux.
