Aegon: Barclays raises target price
(CercleFinance.com) - Barclays maintains its 'equal weight' recommendation on Aegon shares, with a target price raised from E5.
7 to E6.2, following the Dutch insurer's quarterly publication, from which key indicators were broadly in line on an underlying basis.
From an operational viewpoint, Aegon continues to face outflows in the United States, the broker notes, which nevertheless points to the new E150m share buyback program, albeit modest, as a "key positive".
