Worldline: bond issue ahead
(CercleFinance.com) - Worldline announces that, subject to market conditions, it plans to issue five-year, euro-denominated, senior Reg S unsecured fixed-rate bonds under its EMTN program.
The net proceeds would be used by the payment solutions group to finance its general corporate purposes, which may include, in whole or in part, the refinancing of its existing indebtedness, including the outstanding OCEANEs.
Worldline may in parallel consider an opportunistic repurchase of some of its outstanding OCEANEs, subject to market conditions. The new bonds would be intended for admission to trading on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
