Deutsche Telekom: raises FY 2024 forecast

6% y-o-y to E28.5bn from July to September 2024.
Service sales rose by 3.8% organically to E24.1bn. Adjusted EBITDAaL rose by 6.4% organically in the period under review to E11.1bn.
Growth rates for published, i.e. non-organic, figures were slightly lower due solely to exchange rate fluctuations. Sales rose by 3.4%, service sales by 3.7% and adjusted EBITDAaL by 5.8%.
Reported net income amounted to E3.0bn, up over 50% y-o-y. Adjusted net income rose by 3% to E2.3bn.
Adjusted EPS reached E1.43 after nine months, up 16% y-o-y. The group believes this puts the figure on track to meet the FY target of over E1.75.
The group has raised its FY forecast. Deutsche Telekom now expects adjusted EBITDAaL to come in at around E43.0bn, compared with a previous forecast of around E42.9bn.
