LVMH: several management appointments
(CercleFinance.com) - The day after the announcement of Chantal Gaemperle's departure, LVMH announces a series of appointments, including that of Maud Alvarez-Pereyre as Director of Human Resources and member of the Executive Committee, effective 1 December.
As of 1 February, Jean-Jacques Guiony will be appointed CEO of the Moët Hennessy wines and spirits division, Alexandre Arnault will become the division's deputy CEO and Charles Delapalme, CEO of Maison Hennessy.
Jean-Jacques Guiony will then be replaced as CFO by Cécile Cabanis, another member of the executive committee. Finally, Sephora CEO Guillaume Motte will join the luxury group's Executive Committee on 1 January.
