Fnac Darty: successfully reopens offer for Unieuro
(CercleFinance.com) - On the basis of preliminary results, Fnac Darty reports that 4,095,741 ordinary shares in Unieuro, i.
e. 19.6% of its share capital, were tendered to the offer during its reopening period, which ended on Friday.
The total shareholding held by Fnac Darty and Ruby, directly and indirectly, at the end of the reopening of the offer period, will consist of 19,069,807 Unieuro shares, or 91.5% of the share capital of this Italian distributor of electronics and household appliances.069,807 Unieuro shares, i.e. 91.5% of the share capital of this Italian distributor of electronic products and household appliances.
The conditions required for the fulfilment of the purchase obligation have been satisfied and the Unieuro share will therefore be delisted from Euronext Milan. The payment date for the reopening of the offer period will be 15 November.
