FDJ: assigned rating by Moody's
(CercleFinance.com) - La Française des Jeux (FDJ) was today awarded a long-term credit rating of Baa1, with a stable outlook, by Moody's.
This long-term investment grade rating will enable the FDJ Group to diversify its sources of financing.
It will also provide access to the bond market, notably as part of the refinancing of the majority of the E2bn bridging loan, drawn down on 7 October, to finance the acquisition of Kindred shares for nearly E2.5bn, the group says.
