As expected, Klépierre published excellent figures for Q3 2024: retail sales rose by 4%, above indexation (+2.8%), the broker notes.
The reversion captured remains positive (+4%), despite past high indexations and a further increase in the occupancy rate to the very satisfactory level of 96.5% (+30bp vs. end-June 2024), it continues.
