GM: No. 2 seller of EVs in US in Q3
(CercleFinance.com) - General Motors (GM) announces that it reached a major milestone in October 2024, with more than 300,000 electric vehicles (EVs) sold in the US since 2016, and over 370,000 in North America.
GM is now the second-largest seller of EVs in the US in Q3 2024, with a record of more than 32,000 EVs delivered, up 46% from the previous quarter and +60% y-o-y.
We're making the transition to these vehicles easier for more Americans by expanding access to public charging and installing new charging stations in convenient locations across the country, GM says.
Finally, the company also announces new EV models to come, such as the Cadillac OPTIQ and ESCALADE IQ.
