Repsol: net profit down 36% to E1.792bn

(CercleFinance.com) - Repsol posted a net profit of E1.
792bn in the first nine months of 2024, down 36% y-o-y.

Adjusted earnings, which specifically measure business performance, fell by 30% to E2.684bn in the first nine months of the year.

Q3 net income totaled E166m, down 75% sequentially and down 88% y-o-y.

The company has announced the distribution of a cash dividend of E0.475 gross per share in January 2025. In addition, Repsol has set up a share buyback program to meet its commitment to buy back 60 million shares this year.
