URW: 9m sales up 4%
(CercleFinance.com) - URW reports sales of E2415m for the first 9 months of the year, up 4% y-o-y.
CEO Jean-Marie Tritant highlights a solid ongoing operating performance, with positive sales trends across all businesses.
This performance is underpinned by a buoyant rental business, while retail sales remain robust in URW's shopping centers, he says.
We have now completed or secured E0.8bn of disposal transactions in 2024 as part of our ongoing deleveraging and continue to make progress on our development pipeline, the executive adds.
URW reports that, based on performance in the first nine months of 2024, the group's recurring adjusted EPS for 2024 should be at the upper end of its guidance range of between E9.65 and E9.80.
These forecasts do not include major divestments in the US. The group does not foresee any significant deterioration in the macroeconomic and geopolitical environment. The forecast provided by the group in February for distributions to shareholders remains unchanged.
