Clariane: sales growth above 5% for first 9m
(CercleFinance.com) - Clariane has reported 9m 2024 sales of E3.
93bn to 30 September 2024, up 5.4% as reported and +6.3% on an organic basis, thanks to a +2.3% rise in volumes and a positive +4% impact from pricing.
All businesses and regions reported growth, with the average occupancy rate for retirement homes in the first nine months of the year standing at 90.2%, compared with 88.3% for the same period in 2023, it says.
The dependency care group also highlights the progress made on its divestment plan, with 48% of the total target of E1bn by end-2025 secured at 30 September, compared with 40% at 30 June.
Clariane confirms its FY 2024 targets, i.e. sales growth of over 5% on an organic basis and EBITDA, pre IFRS 16 and proforma of divestments, that is at least stable in amount.
