Ericsson: signs MoU with Singtel
(CercleFinance.com) - Ericsson and Singtel announced today that they have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to offer a self-service solution for the ordering, provisioning and assurance of communication services via Paragon, Singtel's award-winning all-in-one orchestration platform for Ericsson services.
Communication service providers worldwide can use the cloud-native solution to modernize and simplify the means of delivering new wireless communication services to enterprise customers, opening up new monetization opportunities for telecom operators.
The combined solution will enable customers to order and manage their own communication services via Singtel's Paragon platform in a low-friction environment where requests are immediately executed on the network via Ericsson Service Orchestration and Assurance.
Mats Karlsson, head of operational and commercial support systems at Ericsson, said that we see in this collaboration with Singtel the potential for a significant increase in the interest, adoption and profitability of 5G services for enterprises.
