AT&T: Q3 EPS down 6%
(CercleFinance.com) - AT&T reported adjusted EPS of $0.
60 for Q3 2024, down from $0.64 a year earlier, although adjusted EBITDA was $11.6bn, up 3.6% y-o-y from $11.2bn a year ago. NB: pmt +3.2%.
Revenues fell 0.5% to $30.2bn, penalised by lower revenues from fixed business services and mobile equipment due to lower sales volumes, while revenues from mobile services rose by 4%.
Despite extreme weather conditions and a work stoppage in the Southeast, this is our 19th consecutive quarter of adding more than 200,000 new AT&T Fiber customers, the telecom operator says.
AT&T reiterates its FY guidance, including adjusted EPS of $2.15 to $2.25, growth of around 3% for adjusted EBITDA and mobile revenues, and free cash flow of between $17bn and $18bn.
