Dassault Systèmes: subsidiary Medidata strengthens offering
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday evening Medidata, the life sciences subsidiary of Dassault Systèmes, announced the launch of a new offering for early and late-stage clinical trials.
The new solution, called 'Medidata Rave Lite', an extension of the Medidata Rave EDC clinical research software, includes electronic clinical data capture (EDC), management and analysis tools.
Customers will have access to the solution by early 2025.
While this announcement should not upset Medidata's growth profile, this solution, which broadens its addressable market, should contribute to the recovery of Medidata's growth dynamic, which should return to over 10% in 2025, according to management's stated objectives, analysts at All Invest Securities noted this morning.
In Paris Dassault Systèmes shares were up over 2% on Friday morning, with the market liking tech stocks following Netflix's good results published last night.
