LVMH: sale of Off-White to Bluestar Alliance
(CercleFinance.com) - LVMH announces the sale of Off-White, an international luxury streetwear brand founded in 2012 by Virgil Abloh, to New York-based brand management company Bluestar Alliance, a transaction for which terms are not disclosed.
