Tikehau Capital: purchase of 26 assets from Casino finalized
(CercleFinance.com) - Following its June 2024 agreement with Tikehau Capital covering a portfolio of 30 real estate assets, Casino announces that it has completed the sale of 26 of them, for a net selling price of over E200m, excluding subsequent earn-outs.
Tikehau Capital has entrusted Casino with the real estate management of these assets for a period of five years. The sale of the other assets, as provided for in the agreements, will be finalised in the coming weeks, once the usual conditions precedent have been met.
