Ubisoft: revises financial targets for 2024-25
(CercleFinance.com) - Ubisoft has revised its financial targets for FY 2024-25.
The group now expects net bookings of around E1.95bn, as well as non-IFRS operating income and free cash flow close to breakeven.
Net bookings for Q2 2024-25 should amount to around E350m-E370m.
The revised targets mainly reflect decisions made for Assassin's Creed Shadows and a weaker-than-expected launch of Star Wars Outlaws, it says.
Yves Guillemot, co-founder and Chairman and CEO, commented that its Q2 performance did not live up to its expectations, and it is determined to remedy this quickly and firmly, by placing even greater emphasis on a player-centric, gameplay-driven approach, as well as a constant commitment to the long-term value of its brands.
