Holcim: investment in Sublime Systems
(CercleFinance.com) - Holcim announces that it has invested in Sublime Systems, a leading start-up in low-carbon cement technology, to expand its range of solutions for large-scale building decarbonization.
The partnership will enable Sublime to build its first plant in Massachusetts, USA, and Holcim to obtain a large proportion of the Sublime cement produced there through a binding reservation agreement.
Both partners have set up a dedicated project team to co-develop further facilities to develop and commercialize Sublime Systems' technology for rapid market deployment.
