Accenture: extends partnership with Unilever
(CercleFinance.com) - On Thursday Accenture announced the extension of its strategic partnership with Unilever, with the signing of an agreement to enhance the FMCG manufacturer's productivity through AI-related functionalities.
As part of this multi-year project, the Anglo-Dutch group will leverage Accenture's myWizard intelligent automation platform, notably to accelerate the digital design of new products.
Unilever, which says it already uses some 500 applications dedicated to AIA, explains that this collaboration will enable it to identify areas where artificial intelligence can prove most effective.
Last year, Accenture and Unilever forged a partnership in generative AI, an initiative that led the consumer staples group to launch its own global AI laboratory, dubbed 'Horizon3 Labs', in Toronto.
