Airbus: acquires infodas
(CercleFinance.com) - Airbus announces that it has acquired infodas, a German provider of cybersecurity and IT solutions for the public sector, including defense and critical infrastructure, following receipt of the requisite regulatory approvals.
With the exponential growth of cyber threats, as well as the increasing digitization and connectivity of defense and aerospace products and systems, cybersecurity is an important element in Airbus' development, it explains.
infodas employs around 250 people and has annual sales of around E50m. It is headquartered in Cologne, with offices in Berlin, Bonn, Hamburg, Munich and Mainz.
