Eiffage: begins renovation work at Paris-SCOPE
(CercleFinance.com) - Eiffage, via its subsidiaries Eiffage Construction and Goyer, has announced that it has won the contract awarded by SFL (Société Foncière Lyonnaise) for the general contracting rehabilitation of the 'Paris - SCOPE' commercial complex in the 12th arrondissement of Paris.
The project involves the major restructuring of a 17-storey high-rise building (classified as an IGH), as well as the construction of a 'services pavilion' offering a range of premium services (meeting rooms,
business center, etc.).
The complex will have a total floor area of almost 25,600 m2
The project aims to achieve six certifications and labels: BREEAM, HQE, Biodivercity, BBCA Neuf, BBC Effinergie rénovation, CircoLab.
The 24-month project has just begun after a 6-month design phase, and is scheduled for completion in Q2 2026.
