bioMérieux: raises targets for 2024
(CercleFinance.com) - bioMérieux has raised its targets for 2024, now expecting organic sales growth of 8% to 10% (compared with 6% to 8% initially) and ROCC (earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization) growth of 12% to 17% on a comparable basis (compared with at least 10%).
For H1 2024, the in vitro diagnostics specialist reported a 33% increase in net income, group share, to E215m, as well as a 5% increase in ROCC to E306m (+20% LFL).
Sales for the six months to 30 June came to E1.9bn, up 7.4% as reported and up 9.9% organically, which it says is driven by the strong performance of the four growth drivers of the GO28 strategic plan and the Biofire respiratory panels.
